v1.1.29

Polymath BFN, and rebuilt media

New features

The Polymath BFN™ Calculator is here

The big one. The Polymath BFN™ Calculator now lives inside ORION — open it straight from the navigation bar, no second app, no separate login. And it isn't only a page you visit: OA can use the calculator's own engines to work with your numbers. Ask about your chart, your placements, your Gene Keys, your dosha, a specific constant to a thousand decimal places — the answer is computed by the calculator, then checked against that computation before it reaches you.

  • Covers numerology, tropical astrology with houses and angles, Vedic sidereal placements, Human Design, Mayan, Chinese five-phase, birth cards, biorhythm, identity archetypes, astrocartography, all 118 periodic elements, the time triangles and the Codex constants.
  • It can read for the partner you've saved in the Compatibility tab — computed from the details you saved, only when you actually ask about them.
  • When something is genuinely outside what the calculator can do, OA says so plainly rather than improvising.

Photos, videos and files — rebuilt

The whole media experience was rebuilt from scratch — the biggest change to the app itself.

  • Previews that look right. Photos and videos show at their true shape, fading in from a soft blur instead of shifting the conversation around.
  • A real fullscreen viewer. Tap any photo or video to open it fullscreen, swipe through everything shared in the chat, pinch to zoom, swipe down to dismiss.
  • You choose what downloads. Media downloads when you tap it — or turn on automatic downloads per type in Settings → Preferences.
  • You can see it happening. Downloads show a progress ring, so a large file never looks like a stalled app.

Midnight Emerald — a new look

ORION has a new face. Midnight Emerald is now the default theme: a deep green built to be easier on the eyes at night, carried through the app icon, the loading screen and the status bar. Prefer the blue? It's still there as Legacy Blue in Settings → Appearance.

Search the web, on demand

Send /web-search followed by your question and OA runs a real web search, then gives you the results with their actual sources.

Improvements

A proper iPhone experience

The keyboard opens without pushing your conversation under the clock, the back arrow stays reachable, and the whole layout glides rather than jumping. Dialogs and the bottom bar respect the notch and home indicator on every screen.

Video that just plays

Videos play reliably — and when your phone genuinely can't handle a format, you get a clear card with a Download button instead of an error you can do nothing about.

Answers you can trust

OA is more careful about the line between what it knows and what it doesn't. Numbers it gives you about yourself are computed rather than recalled, and when a question falls outside what it can reach, it tells you.

Chats that stay in sync

Group membership changes now reach everyone reliably, including people who were offline when the change happened.
